UltraBoard Barriers Returns Policy

UltraBoard Barriers are custom produced per order from raw stock materials and are not eligible for return or refund once your order has been placed.

We guarantee your complete satisfaction for 30 days after your order is delivered.

Request Return Authorization for items or an order you have received by completing and submitting our RMA form by clicking here.

We allow you to return almost any product for any reason.
When returning a product you can:

  • request an identical replacement item
  • exchange the product for another product
  • request a refund

Please note that if you request an exchange, we require the original item or order to be received and processed before shipping a replacement.

How do I return a product?

A return authorization number is required to return a product.

You will receive a return authorization number, instructions for sending your product back, and an address for the return.

What are the exceptions to MountingBoards.com return policy?

Products that meet the following conditions are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have had their adhesive liner removed and were not damaged in transit
  • Painted or decorated items
  • Items not in resellable condition that were not damaged in transit

We reserve the right to limit return privileges to those who take advantage of our policy with excessive or dubious returns. This policy is at the sole discretion of our returns department.

Returns Shipping Policy

MountingBoards.com will pay shipping for:

  • Returns needed as a result of receipt of damaged or defective product, both return and re-shipment of replacement items
  • Returns resulting from our error, both return and re-shipment of replacement items

You are required to pay shipping for:

  • Received items that are to be exchanged, return shipping only. We pay for shipment of exchanged items that will be sent back to you. No original shipping charges are refunded.
  • Received items that are to be returned for a refund. We do not refund original shipping charges or fees.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we receive returned merchandise, a refund is typically processed within 7-10 business days (Monday through Friday). Processing time may vary depending on daily return volume. Refunds may only be applied to the original method of payment for the transaction.
